Possibly the best and VERY GOOD stay on our second visit. Really helpful and service-oriented staff on reception and elsewhere. Marvellous and enjoyable breakfast, fab food choice. Unbeatable location, just a pleasant stroll away from Andermatt-Sedrun Sports Ag. Set adjacent to the market and the communal areas, The Restaurant and the amazing Spa in the excellent area. Honestly no complaints.

We appreciated it. The place was fairly clean and wonderful, had incredibly nice staff with a service of very friendly international staff. The location was marvellous and stunning, just 5 min walk from Basecamp Andermatt. The area was famous really close to the communal areas, The Restaurant and the amazing Spa, the Mountain and The Chedi Andermatt.

We enjoyed our stay with amazing mountain views, a relaxing spa experience, and really good service from the staff, especially the concierge who helped us a lot. The breakfast was good, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
My wife says that the pool area was often crowded, making it difficult for families to find loungers to relax on together.

The spa was fantastic, offering outdoor relaxation pools and a soothing massage. The only downside was that the breakfast choices were a bit on the standard side, but it didn't take away from our overall great experience 😊

A Luxurious Winter Escape!
Our family enjoyed a blissful two-night stay. The hydrotherapy wing at the spa was rejuvenating, and we relished the unique Swiss cheeses at dinner. The ski butler service made morning slopes effortless. For a good meal, the Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant was really nice!

We enjoyed fine views from our room and a relaxing day at the Oberalpsee lake. The spa and outdoor pool were perfect for unwinding after our adventures. Just a heads up, make sure you're ready for the breakfast dress code, as I was told about the slippers rule unexpectedly.
One issue we faced was the long wait for our bags upon arrival, a bit frustrating after traveling.

The culinary experience was really good with a wonderful breakfast buffet and great dinner at 'the japanese'.
